We would like to let you know that the City of Yreka has a new online payment provider. Xpress Bill Pay is the premier local government and service district payment provider.
The switch was made to provide you with new features like paying dog and business licenses or building permits online. Additionally, Xpress Bill Pay will handle all payments over the phone. If you would like to pay your utility bill over the phone please call 385-218-0343 or 800-768-7295.
For all online payments please log on to the city’s website at https://www.yrekaca.gov and click on ‘Online Payments’. This will take you to our payment page where you can make your selection of what type of payment you would like to make.
You will need to establish a new online account with Xpress Bill Pay for your utility account. If you had credit card auto pay set up with the city’s previous provider, you will need to visit Xpress Bill Pay to set up a new auto pay with your credit card. If you were previously signed up for paperless billing, you will need to re-establish this by creating an account and opting in for paperless billing. Autopay through your bank account is not affected by the switch – you do not need to set up a new auto pay with your bank account.
