UPDATES for Recurring Credit Card (or Debit Card) Users:  The online bill payment system took an update that requires recurring autopay customers to re-enter their card information.  This is required as we do not retain any card history information.  You will receive an email requesting an update to your card information.  This is not a phishing or spoofing email, but a request required due to the clearinghouse payment provider.  These changes have been made to remain current and compliant with credit card processing.  If you have any questions, please call City Hall at (530) 841-2386.
